What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied for any reason due to a product that arrives in less-than-perfect condition, I will refund or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.
All of my fine art prints are made to order, with love and care. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, I will make it right.
I have a satisfaction guarantee on all of my products and my customer service is outstanding.
For prints and products that arrive in perfect condition, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a "change of mind" because my archival prints are made-to-order, and custom framed for every piece.
I have a 30-day return policy on all original paintings, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
To be eligible for a return on an original, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As many of my art pieces are sent directly from my art framer or my fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer.

To start a return, you can contact me at hello@juliemaida.com. If your return is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns on digital downloads are not accepted (due to the nature of the product). However, your satisfaction is very important and you can always feel free to reach out to me at hello@juliemaida.com if you ever need help or have a problem with a product.
