Each fine art canvas is produced using a giclée fine art printing process and hand-finished by an experienced canvas framing team, ensuring exceptional quality and longevity. With a 100+ year color guarantee, these canvases are designed to last a lifetime, maintaining their vibrant hues and intricate details.

Our framed canvas option is a 1.5in stretched canvas within a traditional wooden frame. The frame sits approximately .125" from the edge of the canvas, creating a floating border that makes a bold statement. Framed canvases feature professional artist stretcher bars milled from the finest quality kiln-dried knotless pine, providing a sturdy and durable frame. The canvas material is a finely textured artist-grade cotton canvas, consistently reproducing image details with outstanding clarity and detail.
Canvases are unframed unless the frame option is selected.

If you order multiple types of products, they will arrive in separate packages, as I work with multiple specialized printing partners, each focused on a specific area of expertise.

DELIVERY TIMES:

PRINTS & PRODUCTS: Please allow 5-10 days for processing and delivery. It most cases, you can expect to receive your order in about a week.

ORIGINALS: Please allow 3-10 business days for me to sign your piece, custom frame it (if applicable), and ship it to you. Original artworks are shipped from my home studio in Virginia. If you have a special request on an original, contact me before placing your order.

RETURNS:

If you are unsatisfied for any reason due to a product that arrives in less-than-perfect condition, I will refund or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Returns are free.

To be eligible for a return on an original, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As many of my art pieces are sent directly from my art framer or my fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer. Contact me directly at hello@juliemaida.com.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns on digital downloads are not accepted (due to the nature of the product). However, your satisfaction is very important and you can always feel free to reach out to me at hello@juliemaida.com if you ever need help or have a problem with a product.

Your artwork will arrive in pristine condition as it is securely packaged, with care and attention. Love it or return it.

In the extremely rare event that your artwork doesn't arrive in perfect condition, I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I will issue a full refund or exchange of your order within 30 days.

Contact me with details of the damage / quality issue and I will arrange for a refund or a replacement for you as soon as possible.

How to hang framed canvases:

1. Framed canvases come ready to hang. Use the small ledge between the wooden frame and the canvas. They are designed to hang flush against the wall if you choose this method.

2. Alternatively, you can also use a wire hanging kit. I have created detailed instructions for how to do this here.

Saw tooth hangers are not recommended for canvas prints.
