If you order multiple types of products, they will arrive in separate packages, as I work with multiple specialized printing partners, each focused on a specific area of expertise.

DELIVERY TIMES:

PRINTS: Please allow 5-10 days for processing and shipping. It most cases, you can expect to receive your order in about a week unless there is a shipping delay.

All of my prints are produced with the highest quality techniques using premium materials, making them exceptionally close to the original art as possible. This takes time because they are not mass produced.

ORIGINALS: Please allow 3-10 business days for me to sign your piece, custom frame it (if applicable), and ship it to you. Original artworks are shipped from my home studio in Virginia. If you have a special request on an original, contact me before placing your order.

Digital Downloads - These are instant downloads.

RETURNS: If you are unsatisfied for any reason due to a product that arrives in less-than-perfect condition, I will refund or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Returns are free. There are no hidden charged or "restocking fees" for returns.

All of my fine art prints are custom made to order with love and care. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, I will make it right.

I have a satisfaction guarantee on all of my products and my customer service is outstanding.

I am unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a "change of mind" because my archival prints and canvases are custom made for every order.

I have a 30-day return policy on all original paintings, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a return on an original, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As many of my art pieces are sent directly from my art framer or my fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer.

Please contact me immediately if you have any problems with you order. This is rare, but if it happens, I take care of my customers!

To start a return, you can contact me at hello@juliemaida.com. If your return is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns on digital downloads are not accepted (due to the nature of the product). However, your satisfaction is very important and you can always feel free to reach out to me at hello@juliemaida.com if you ever need help or have a problem with a product.

How to hang framed canvases:

1. Use the small ledge between the wooden frame and the canvas. They are designed hang flush against the wall if you choose this method. This works perfectly for smaller pieces (under 20"x 20").

2. Use a wire hanging kit for larger pieces (20"x20" and up) or if you'd like something a bit more secure. I have created detailed instructions for how to do this here.

Saw tooth hangers are not recommended.

How to hang unframed prints:

For unframed canvas prints use a wire hanging kit.

If you choose to frame your own canvas, you will need a floating frame designed specially for canvases with a depth of 1.5".
