Imagine the best day of your life - being present in a tropical paradise, a warm breeze, the sound of the ocean, and air that smells like Plumeria flowers and the Pacific Ocean.
Ray was inspired by a trip to Hawaii on the most perfect day in the most perfect place. Looking down into water that was impossibly blue, I saw a group of manta rays, elegantly gliding through the water - this painting was inspired by that experience. If you order multiple types of products (ie a canvas print and an artisan tote), they may arrive in separate packages, as I work with multiple specialized printing partners, each focused on a specific area of expertise.
DELIVERY TIMES:
PRINTS & PRODUCTS: Please allow 5-10 days for processing and delivery. It most cases, you can expect to receive your order in about 7-10 days. My work is not mass-produced and each piece is designed and printed specifically for you.
ORIGINALS: Please allow 3-12 business days for me to sign your piece, custom frame it (if applicable), and ship it to you. Original artworks are shipped from my home studio in Virginia. If you have a special request on an original, contact me before placing your order.
RETURNS: If you are unsatisfied for any reason due to a product that arrives in less-than-perfect condition, I will refund or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Returns are free.
To be eligible for a return on an original, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As many of my art pieces are sent directly from my art framer or my fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer.

Returns on digital downloads are not accepted (due to the nature of the product). However, your satisfaction is very important and you can always feel free to reach out to me at hello@juliemaida.com if you ever need help or have a problem with a product.
How to hang framed canvases:
1. Framed canvases arrive ready to hang. Use the small ledge between the wooden frame and the canvas. They are designed to hang flush against the wall if you choose this method.
2. Alternatively, you can also use a wire hanging kit. I have created detailed instructions for how to do this here.
Saw tooth hangers are not recommended for canvas prints.
