Orders under $25 have $5 shipping.
If you are ordering multiple types of products, they may arrive in different packages because I have two printing companies (one for my fine art prints and one for my products).
Original orders are sent directly from my home studio.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Originals - Please allow 3-5 business days for me to sign your piece (and custom frame it if you have requested this option), and prepare it for safe shipping. Original artworks are shipped from my home studio in Virginia. If you have a special request on an original, contact me before placing your order.
Prints - Please allow 3-5 days for processing. Processing means the time it takes to print it, (stretch it if it's a canvas) and hand frame it (if applicable).
All of my prints are produced with the highest quality techniques using premium materials, making them exceptionally close to the original art as possible. This takes time because they are not mass produced.
Shipping typically takes another 5-10 days (this also accounts for shipping delays during high-volume seasons).
Shipping carriers vary (USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.)
Gifts - Please allow 5-10 days for processing and shipping as my products are made to order and inspected for the finest quality.
Once your order has been given processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date.
Digital Downloads - These are instant downloads.
RETURNS:
If you are unsatisfied for any reason due to a product that arrives in less-than-perfect condition, I will refund or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.
All of my fine art prints are custom made to order with love and care. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, I will make it right.
I have a satisfaction guarantee on all of my products and my customer service is outstanding.
I am unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a "change of mind" because my archival prints and canvases are custom made for every order.
I have a 30-day return policy on all original paintings, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
To be eligible for a return on an original, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As many of my art pieces are sent directly from my art framer or my fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer.
Please contact me immediately if you have any problems with you order. This is rare, but if it happens, I take care of my customers!
To start a return, you can contact me at hello@juliemaida.com. If your return is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns on digital downloads are not accepted (due to the nature of the product). However, your satisfaction is very important and you can always feel free to reach out to me at hello@juliemaida.com if you ever need help or have a problem with a product.

This original watercolor painting was inspired by a winter drive I took through Virginia. Even though winter often seems barren and gray, there is something transitory about it - it's like time is frozen and waiting for Spring to take hold and bring everything back to life.
Painted in a deep beautiful teal, and featuring watercolor texture-y goodness, this abstract minimal landscape is one-of-a-kind. The art is created using a combination of water, salt, paint, and careful timing. It's especially unique because a lot of the results happen unexpectedly and I can't recreate the same thing twice even if I want to which means it's truly unique - each one is like a thumb print!
This is a 6"x8" original watercolor painting on archival cotton rag watercolor paper. It is mounted on a 1.5" deep wood block, sealed with a protective varnish, and ready to hang exposed (without glass) in your home!
